A workshop with Aly McNicoll

Plus Managing Difficult Personalities & Toxic Behaviours at Work

This practical workshop provides the tools and skills leaders and managers need to adopt a coaching mindset and develop people and performance through one to one coaching. It will help them avoid the common pitfalls when coaching and offers simple tools that enable them to take a coaching approach to the wide range of conversations they have in the course of their day, week or year. It also provides strategies for dealing with the 5%ers – those difficult personalities who cause 95% of the problems.

This Managers as Coaches workshop is part of a pair of related workshops by Aly McNicoll.  The workshops are best attended as a pair, but can be attended individually. Click here for information about the partner workshop:  The Power of Peer Mentoring.
